Stress, problems, self-doubt, psychosomatic illnesses, unhappiness CAN be handled. Dianetics is a way to do that. You can read this book and then use it on a friend, and he can use it on you. As long as you can read a book, it is that simple.
The best thing is to read the book Dianetics, but if you want to get a fast overview over the subject, you can begin with a very professional DVD that explains a lot in 40 min.
